  • Startup Business Mentorship Project: Join our year-long Startup Business Mentorship! By pairing protégés with expert mentors, we craft success. Sign up, commit, and dive into a mentorship journey brimming with guidance, support, and growth.

  • Free Strategic Life Coaching: Because leveling up your life is our jam.

  • Personal and Professional Development Training: Get ready to boss up, babe!

  • Fostering Unity: We always have your back. Join one of our support groups to create that support network. Starting December 2023, we will offer a virtual (Zoom Platform) support group called the Comeback Queens. Beginning in January 2024, we will offer an in-person support group at our Ithaca location called WOC S.T.A.R.S. (Women’s Opportunity Center’s Supportive Tribe for Aspiring Resilience & Success). Additional support groups are currently in the development stage with 2024 deployment plans.
